Becker Mining Systems in Australia was formed in October 2005, after the acquisition of Newcomm Solutions (commenced Jan 2004) by Becker Mining Systems of Germany. Becker NCS is an ISO9001 certified company that brings together a team of diversified and experienced people, committed to providing total customer satisfaction.

As part of the Becker Group's expansion strategy in Australia, Becker Mining Australia, a subsidiary of Becker Mining Systems AG, Germany , acquired the Vale Group of Companies in 2010. The Vale group comprised of seven companies and provides Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical and Labour solutions to Mining and Industry. The group of Vale companies was consolidated into two companies, Becker Vale Pty Ltd and Becker Industrial Pty Ltd. The main office location for Becker Vale will continue at Moss Vale.
